Meet Our Planners

Monica Bernhardt, founder of TO-DOers, Bridal Consultant, has been planning weddings & private events in Northeast Florida since 2001. She began her career organizing large-scale charity events and private VIP parties for some of the biggest names with the NBA’s Orlando Magic.  In addition to her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, she is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, the largest and oldest association of wedding planners world-wide as well as a member of the National Association of Catering & Events (NACE).  Inspired by her history of personal and professional party planning experience (and 12 appearances as a bridesmaid), Monica started TO-DOers Event Planning to help brides enjoy the planning process and their wedding day stress-free.

While highly committed to her company, Monica and TO-DOers are also highly committed to community involvement. TO-DOers has donated hundreds of hours of in-kind event planning for fundraising events and personally volunteering for non-profit organizations throughout Northeast Florida including, and not limited to:
